These kids bring so much joy on a Friday morning, from their exuberant hugs and high energy, to their willingness to get stuck in and use their imaginations 🥰.
Fridays are a great way to spend quality time with your child, pretending to be all sorts of animals and creatures (this week, it was pets!), getting our wiggles out with silly songs and chilling with story and crafting time at the end.

🐱 We all love pets themed week! We’ve been swimming around like goldfish, practising our downward dog and cat poses and then made pets out of cardboard tubes.🐶

🐹 But the big question of the week….were my earrings hamsters or guinea pigs?! The vote says guinea pigs!

🎆 This week we’ve been pretending to be all sorts of fizzing, sparkling and popping fireworks, with lots of star and warrior poses, throwing scarves and pom-poms in the sky.
We finished with making these awesome fireworks in the night sky pictures. Some of the ickle ones even tried using scissors (excellent for their fine motor skills!).

We’re back on Friday morning for our toddler/preschooler class and this week it’s fireworks and bonfire themed!

🎆 Come and join the fun as we pretend to be fizzing sparklers, fireworks popping in the sky and big bonfires 🔥.

🔥 9:30am The Cricket Pavilion, Adastra Park, Hassocks
🔥 £6.50 per family, siblings or additional childmindees free, as long as you can fit on one mat! Just bring a yoga mat or message me if you’d like to borrow one.

👻 Thanks to all the Bendys kids past and present for visiting last night for trick or treating! Great to see so many friendly, familiar faces, even if some of them looked pretty terrifying! 😱

🎃 All the kids visiting were so polite and looked brilliant in their outfits. I love the creativity and imagination that Halloween brings 🤩

🦇 My favourites were the teeny toddlers out for their first ever trick or treating, absolutely adorable 🥰

🧙 Now this Elphaba is a bit sad that it’s all over for another year 😢

🦇 We’ve had a lot of fun this week using our core to sit up as mummies without our hands, flapping like bats upside down, howling like werewolves in downward dog and screeching like witches’ cats 🐈‍⬛
We finished with these colour ‘bleeding’ bats made from my favourite magical coffee filter paper.
