As we step into a new year, I want to take a moment to say thank you.

To everyone who has shown up, engaged with my work, shared kind words, attended sessions, or supported Detox for the Soul in any way, your presence has meant more than you may realise.

This space was created with the intention of healing, reflection, and gentle reconnection to self, and seeing it resonate with others has been deeply humbling. Your trust, openness, and encouragement have helped this little soul-led business grow and continue to exist.

Final Class of the 7-Week Chakra Journey

This week we completed our seven-week journey through the chakras by exploring the Crown Chakra, the centre of connection, awareness, and higher consciousness.

This final class was an invitation to soften into stillness and to reflect on everything that has unfolded over the past weeks. From grounding and safety, through emotional flow, personal power, compassion, expression and inner vision, we arrived here, at a place of integration and trust.

The Crown Chakra reminds us that we are never separate from life itself. It is not about striving or becoming, but about remembering. Remembering who we are beneath the stories, the patterns, and the healing work.

This session was held as a space of quiet presence, reflection, and completion. A moment to honour the journey taken, the awareness gained, and the connection that continues beyond the course.

🤍 Thank you to everyone who walked this seven-week path with openness and courage. The journey does not end here. It simply deepens.
