Our mission is to support individuals on their healing journeys by providing a comprehensive selection of alternative wellness products designed for the mind, body, and soul. We believe that the path to wellness can sometimes be shrouded

in uncertainty, but it also holds the potential for profound transformation and magic. With four years of experience organizing events and retreats, teaching mindfulness classes at Bexhill College, and coaching individual clients, I have witnessed firsthand the power of healing and personal growth. My qualifications are rooted in a deep commitment to this work. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Spiritual Coach, Systemic Coach with Horses, Mindfulness Teacher, and Meditation Session Facilitator, with over eight years of training in these areas. At Soul Centre, we will offer products, mindfulness workshops, and classes that encourage self-discovery, empowerment, and connection to one's true self. Join us on this incredible journey of healing and transformation as we create a supportive community focused on uplifting one another. Together, we can explore the magic of the healing process.
