During your appointment we run through the exercises you will need to help your recovery. We then use a programme called Physitrak to send you an email reminder. This software is great because it provides concise video clips that demonstrate how to do the exact exercises you need so you don't need to worry about forgetting the movements. So much better than a simple print out!

Back in September I had the pleasure of attending the first in-person further development course in 2 years.

Developing new skills to help my patients has always been the drive to learn and study more and it was great to be able to spend a week learning new skills with colleagues who are
passionate about osteopathy.

Summer break time!
Very excited to bring the little one to meet the grandparents.
The clinic will be closed from the 6th August for 2 weeks. We will be back for hands on appointments on the 20/08/21.

From Monday 19th July it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face mask to help prevent the spread of Covid 19.

As a healthcare business we decided to maintain all the previous hygiene and infection control procedures in place. The nature of our work means we are close contact, face to face, hands on treatments. We believe we have a duty to do everything we can to keep you and everyone else safe.

This means:

Face masks are still required for both the practitioner and the patient. Unless you are medically exempt.

Hand sanitizing gel is provided at the entrance of the clinic and in the treatment room.

Cleaning and sanitizing between patient is still in place with all the major surfaces and the treatment couch wiped down.

Your practitioner we be wearing full PPE: gloves, apron and mask.
