This is a Business Development role for HW Healthcare Group, with some home working included. We are looking for a Business Development Manager in our Sales Team to sell recruitment and technology solutions into the private and public sector healthcare industry.
HW Healthcare is a recruitment company that has been a key supplier to NHS and several other large private healthcare providers. We are launching a new modern technology solution this year which will help us expand and accelerate our growth in the UK.

You will be working as part of an established team. You will be responsible for developing relationships with and winning new clients for HW Healthcare Group on a local and national level. Day to Day of the role:
You will be working remotely or in one of our offices in London or Hastings. You will be involved in and responsible for:
β Meeting and contacting new and existing clients to win businesses
β Using social media channels for client attraction and engagement
β Leveraging off existing relationships within the group to win new business
β Maintaining existing client relationships through regular interaction and meetings.
β Working towards targets and KPIβs created to ensure your success in the business
Required Skills:
You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Sales Professional with a successful track record of sales in the Healthcare staffing industry. This is a start-up business; therefore, you will need to use your commercial recruitment knowledge to deliver against targets and achieve significant headway and growth in a new market. The four core attributes you will require are:
β 2 + years experience in recruitment, sales or account management role
β Development of new business: targeting new clients & nurturing existing relationships
β Solutions orientated
β Desire to exceed our clientβs expectations & beat the opposition
