I integrate my hot stones in most of my Advanced clinical, sports & holistic treatments (no added charge?)

Using heat is proven to be beneficial for chronic or persistant pain and allows me to work deeper without compromising your nervous system.

It's also the perfect prep for fascia work which is widely used in my pain care treatments 🖤

For those of you who want a touch of luxury to warm the body, and melt tension & stress when the cold sets in, I also offer pure Hot Stone Therapy treatments.

Many more stones are added for these treatments as well as hot towels & acupressure points to balance the body and mind

I took a big break but stayed at home, unplugged from social media, then managed to get the dreaded Christmas lurgy after boxing day!

But an amazing restful time was had 😌
