I'm starting some outdoor yoga classes again come July going into August, on most Saturday mornings up on the West Hill, Hastings, weather permitting 🌿 All abilities welcome 🌿 The classes are donation based with 100% of the proceeds going to The Celia Hammond Animal Trust. Apologies for being quiet over the last few months. I have been spending the winter months integrating what I learnt last year.
As spring, for me, is the start of the new year, I'm now making plans for the year ahead and am hoping to start weekly half hour zoom classes in the next few weeks. Anyone interested please email me:
