That’s not a turmeric shot. That’s sugary juice with a golden tint.

Our Turmeric & Ginger Power Shot is root-first. Proper turmeric. Proper ginger. No padding it out with cheap concentrate.

We don’t just slap a label on and hope for the best.

Every order is packed properly. Protected properly. Sent next-day. Because glass bottles deserve better than a week touring random warehouses.

We use sturdy packaging. Padding. “Fragile” stickers. “This Way Up” stickers.
There are only so many we can physically fit on a box.

After that… if certain delivery drivers (naming no names 👀) decide to audition for the hammer throw, we can only send so many complaint emails.

We ship next-day to minimise time in transit and reduce the risk of breakages or temperature swings.

For locals, spend £20 and delivery’s on us.
Outside our area, it’s £48 for free next-day delivery.

Less time in depots. More time in your fridge.
That’s the goal.

Kombucha for kids… safe or sketchy? 👀

Let’s clear the air. Properly brewed, non-alcoholic kombucha is completely safe. It’s fermented tea — not some rogue science experiment bubbling away in a shed. The trace alcohol levels are tiny (we’re talking similar territory to ripe fruit), and the live cultures can actually support a healthy gut.

That said, context matters. Ingredients matter. Sugar levels matter. And not all kombucha is created equal.

This week I’m diving properly into:
– Alcohol content (and what “trace” actually means)
– Sugar vs supermarket fizzy drinks
– Whether probiotics are helpful for kids
– When it might not be appropriate
