'I went for a back, neck and shoulders massage with Lotti, it was by far one of the best massages I've ever experienced and I've had quite a few! I didn't realise just how much pain I was in, from the many knots I had developed in my neck. Lotti began working on them straight away - intuitively she knew and massaged them for some time until the pain actually went away - it was such a relief.
