Injuries, ailments, concerns, or just in need of some mental wellbeing , sports massage therapy helps. Every Thursday at the Falaise Fitness Centre in St Leonard's on sea. £30 for 30 minutes or £50 for 60 minutes, complete with an after care sheet, exercise or rehab advise given if needed.

A cancellation today at 4pm for either 30 mins for £30 or 60 minutes for £50 has arisen at Falaise Fitness Centre. Remember, if you are entering Hastings Half Marathon and you have the entry email, its £40 for 60 minutes and £10 for RNLI Hastings Lifeboat Station.

If you training for the Hastings Half Marathon and you have a need for treatment, bring your entry email along to Falaise Fitness Centre, and I'll donate a tenner from the hours treatment to Dementia UK, you pay £40 for an hour, I'll do the rest. This deal is for February and March. For those training only with a confirmed entry already.

Don't let those new aches and pains become an issue, book in for regular treatment with me at Falaise Fitness Centre, every Thursday 4pm to 10pm. With an assessment, after care sheet all included in your hours treatment, its just £50 for the hour.

If you are planning on returning to a fitness regime in the New Year, then injuries, aches, pains and strains may occur. Preempt them with my care package at the Falaise Fitness Centre, rather than £50 for an hours treatment, pay just £200 upfront for 5 one hour sessions with a care plan in place, or pay and book £40 per session as along as they are paid for by the 31st December. Have as many packages or sessions as you want.
Offer ends 31st December 2024. Appointments on Thursday start at 4pm till 9pm.
