⏰ Say hello to our 45-minute Express Communal Sauna Sessions!

Something new is launching at Samphire Sauna 🌊 Same wood-fired heat, same sea views, just a little more compact. Perfect if you're short on time but still need that reset.

Just £11.50 per person, and available on:
🔥 Thursdays @ 4pm and 6.15pm
🔥 Mondays @ 12.15pm and 1.15pm

And while we're at it, we've also extended our Monday hours into the afternoon, with sessions now running until 3.15pm. More time on the pier, more reasons to make Monday good.

Your body is pretty good at recovery. A little bit of hot & cold therapy just gives it a helping hand. 🔥💦

A session in the sauna gets your circulation going, helps muscles relax, and gets your lymphatic system moving. Step out into the cold, and your body kicks into action fast. Blood vessels tighten, energy lifts, and that post-session feeling kicks in. The contrast is the whole point. ✨

Lots of our regulars come after sport, a tough week, or just because they know they need to press reset. Whatever your reason, let the sauna work it's magic on you.

There's something about a communal sauna that just works.

You come in as strangers, and by the time you've done a few rounds, you're deep in conversation about absolutely everything, or happily sitting in silence together, which is somehow just as good.

Our communal sessions are open to all: regulars, first-timers, solo visitors, and small groups of friends. All welcome, no experience needed. Every day except Tuesday on Hastings Pier.

“We stopped in for an hour session on Sunday afternoon & it was just perfect. We obviously completely lucked out with the weather, but the saunas were great & the staff were really friendly. Lovely views of the waves crashing from inside the sauna, there was a cold plunge tank to dip into in between sauna-ing & we were provided with a very tasty slice of orange on our way out 🍊

We’ll definitely be back - thank you!”
