Cacao Ritual with Launette at Samphire Sauna 🌊✨

A heart-warming ritual to complete your sauna journey.

Join cacao guide for a 1 hour 15 minute session blending deep relaxation with nourishment and connection.

We’ll begin with 45 minutes in the sauna, letting the body soften, release, and restore, before gathering together for a mindful cup of hot cacao, infused with functional mushrooms, herbs, and warming spices. 🍫💫

As you sip, Launette will share the history and health benefits of cacao, and how to bring this grounding ritual into your own daily life.

A slow, sensory experience, rooted in warmth, presence, and community. Leave feeling calm, open-hearted, and deeply restored.

🔥 We’re Hiring: Sauna Host Wanted! 🔥

Love sauna culture, sea air, and connecting with people? We’re looking for a part-time Sauna Host to join the Samphire Sauna team on Hastings Pier.

You’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests, keeping the sauna space running smoothly, and helping to create that calm, coastal magic we’re known for.

You’ll be perfect for this role if you’re:
✨ Friendly, confident & reliable
✨ An organised multi-tasker with great attention to detail
✨ Comfortable working outdoors (in all weathers!)
✨ Happy to roll your sleeves up for physical tasks
✨ Passionate about wellbeing and community

⏰ Hours include mornings, evenings, weekends & bank holidays
