In the spirit of 5Rhythms, we begin in the body — moving what is present, sensing the wave, and letting the body guide the journey. This midwinter gathering marks a pause in the turning of the year — a moment of listening, releasing, and opening to what wants to emerge.

We begin with a 5Rhythms dance, held and guided by Emma Leech: We will dance to let go of the old limitations that live within our minds. We will dance to release and create space for new possibilities.Dynamic and with courage, we open to the unknown.

From stillness, we mere into a gong & sound bath with Britta von Basedow, whose intuitive playing flows with the energy of the room, weaving vibration and tone to awaken subtle currents, open inner landscapes, and invite a deep, felt presence in the body and mind.

After this wonderful summer break, it is my pleasure to be holding my next Gong & Sound Bath on Sunday the 14th September 2025 from 16:30 -18:30 at The Wellington Health & Wellbeing Centre in Hastings.

Either for the first time or as a regular sound bather, no session is ever the same yet a sacred time for me to allow the instruments to sing through me and emit their sounds to be felt and heard.

I hope you can join me for a relaxing afternoon of sounds, wellbeing frequencies, journeying and enjoyment of just being and receiving.

the year has come around fast, and there are only 2 more sessions this year that I am holding at The Little Escape Studio
