Get in touch for availability for the end of the month on Tuesdays at - No weekend or evening availability this month unless emergency appointment.

All treatments are £45 for 1 hour hands ons and £60 for 90 minutes.

Combo treatments are at the same rate. Example: a 3 in 1 session - remedial massage, cupping, aromatherapy. All one rate :)

Name Change!

The sky was so healing. Love this view from my garden, urban meets nature. Been wrestling with a sore throat and cough, living off local honey and fresh lemon tea. This is hygee feels for me, and I live for hygee moments

Today is Imbolc a marker that we are closure to spring than we are winter. It's a great time to start letting fresh air in and the old air out. And deep breathe in the fresh air.

I'm loving the 7am sunrises on my way to teach but I can't wait for bright early mornings and late summer nights.
