Today is World Breathing Day 2026 🌎
Lets come together to reconnect with yourselves, each other, and the natural world.
I started my day with a dog walk 🐕 followed by arun with a friend reconnecting in nature 🍃 then some WHM practice to help my physical recovery following my run first alkalising the body, resetting my cortisol levels and reducing inflammation with my breathwork 🌬 and next up about to go and hit an ice bath ❄️ to reduce inflammation further and reduce any chance of suffering with DOMS, improve muscle recovery ready for my next workout and boost circulation helping to clear metabolic waste and deliver nutrients.
