If you see someone struggling in the water, your first instinct might be to jump in, but that can put you in danger. Instead, remember:

📱 PHONE 999 for help
🌊 Tell them to FLOAT on their back
🛟 THROW rescue equipment to keep them afloat until emergency services arrive

I have and always will train my participants to remove the bra…. Dont be scared of boobs… Bras dont save womens lives but a AED just might ❤️
Research indicates that roughly 1 in 3 women who suffer a cardiac arrest in public do not receive CPR, in part due to hesitations about removing a bra to use a defibrillator.
