✨What is it?✨

Assisted stretch therapy is hands-on manual stretching technique designed to increase range of motion, mobility & flexibility, improve posture and reduce pain and relieve any stress/tension.
Assisted stretch will allow you to have a conversation with your body & gives you a chance to focus on what you're feeling, to notice how your body is moving and to explore stretch in a new way.
My job is to help you get to know your body better & to help you find comfort in your own skin. Whether that be to help you increase your performance & recovery, to feel better within yourself or just to relax and enjoy the experience!
