We’re hiring: Activity Co-ordinator (32 hours) – Bexhill Care Centre 🎉
Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference every day? We’re on the lookout for a warm, creative and enthusiastic Activity Co-ordinator to join our team at Coast Care Homes 💙
This role is all about bringing energy, connection and meaningful moments to our residents’ lives. From group activities to one-to-one time, you’ll create engaging, person-centred experiences that support emotional, social and physical wellbeing – especially for those with more complex needs ✨
What you’ll be doing:
🎨 Planning and delivering activities tailored to each resident’s interests and abilities
🤝 Encouraging participation and helping residents feel confident, included and valued
🎶 Organising sessions like crafts, music, games, gentle exercise and sensory activities
🌿 Supporting community involvement and outings
💬 Building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues
What we’re looking for:
💛 A positive, caring and creative approach
🙌 Confidence to engage residents, including those with complex needs
🗂️ Good organisation and planning skills
🌟 A genuine passion for improving quality of life
Experience in care is helpful, but not essential – attitude, energy and willingness to learn matter most.
The role:
🕘 32 hours per week
📅 3 weekday shifts (9am–5pm) + 1 weekend day (9am–5pm)
💷 From £13.00 per hour
