Powerhoop classes
First time using a Powerhoop? Be prepared for a completely new “twist” on an old idea. Fun, fabulous Powerhoop is a great way to slim your waist, tighten your tummy and strengthen your muscles of your core. You will be required to observe the Powerhoop safety guidelines and complete a Physical Activity PAR Q form prior to the class. These can also be found on the Powerhoop.co.uk website. Fitness Pilates is a series of slow controlled movements that brings mind and body together, focusing on concentration, balance, precision and breathing. It is the safest way to exercise and is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness, male and female. Fun and effective mat work. Pilates will improve overall body strength with the main emphasis on your back and core muscles. It will also help to improve posture, mobility, joint problems and tone your body. What is different about Fitness Pilates? Fitness Pilates is the new way of structuring, leading and applying classic Pilates exercises for getting new benefits for students attending the class. The main difference between classic Pilates and Fitness Pilates is pace and intensity of the class program. The organization of such a class has the following benefits for both students and teacher:
