All our teachers are fully qualified and insured and our shared values are to support community participation and an approach to body/mind/spirit development that ensures kindness to ourselves and to each other. If you are looking for a class to help with your health and fitness, to find some stillness and relaxation or just want to meet likeminded people then check our timetable – we have something for all ages, experience and abilities.
