Swedish Massage
Think relaxation. This is your classic, gentle-to-medium pressure massage designed to:
• Reduce stress
• Improve circulation
• Ease general tension
• Leave you feeling calm and relaxed.

Perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, need some self-care time, or simply want to drift off and switch off from the world.

Deep Tissue Massage
This one works a little deeper (as the name suggests!). Using slower, firmer pressure, it focuses on:
• Chronic muscle tension
• Knots and tight areas
• Postural aches
• Sports or work-related tightness

It’s ideal if you carry tension in your shoulders, neck or lower back and need targeted relief.

Still not sure which to choose?
If your goal is pure relaxation → Swedish.
If you’re dealing with stubborn tightness or pain → Deep Tissue.
