April is stress awareness month, with that in mind this yoga Nidra practice will have the aim to assist you to relax and let go of any stress you might be holding onto.
When stress become overwhelming- it might cause us to be tense, angry and depressed too. This practice will aim to calm the mind and assist us to relax. π§ββοΈ
