April is stress awareness month, with that in mind this yoga Nidra practice will have the aim to assist you to relax and let go of any stress you might be holding onto.
When stress become overwhelming- it might cause us to be tense, angry and depressed too. This practice will aim to calm the mind and assist us to relax. πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

The next course theme will be- β€œGoing with the flow” - we will be adding flowing sequences, such as Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar)🌞, moon salutations and Egyptian sun prayer, into our yoga practices.
We will also look at how this theme translates to our everyday life, accepting what we cannot control and responding accordingly. πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

If you want to run more easily, more relaxed and faster, with less chance of injury, this course is for you.
A lot of runners think that stretching is just about preventing injuries and it can indeed be invaluable to prevent injuries, however, stretching is also about being able to run in a looser and more relaxed way. When our backs and hamstrings are tight, every stride will be a little shorter and require a little more effort.
