My name is Hazel, My healing Journey with Energy Medicine started in 2012 when I received my first Reiki Treatment, little did I know then just how much it would change my life. In just one night I transformed and felt like someone had switched the light on, I had been in a very dark place for a long time. Travelling with Reiki has been a blessing, I am always amazed at the miracles of Reiki; I live and breath it every day. My practice has evolved organically over the years, I have been on a journey of self discovery and healing with Energy medicine. Hazeology is an infusion of everything I have learnt over the years, I use everything in my Energy Medicine tool kit to help you
improve on your health and physical well being.

Pouring the medicine of Mama Cacao into these beautiful cups from in Hastings Old Town felt like the perfect way to share what’s to come…

On 7th September at The Humble Hub, we gather for the first Hazeology Ayni Gathering in this space for Cacao & Sound 🌙✨

This will be an late afternoon of heart-opening cacao, grounding sound, and deep connection – with yourself, the group, and the Earth.

When you book, you step into the flow of Ayni – sacred reciprocity.
🌱 20% from the session, goes directly back to Deme, the Peruvian farmer who harvests our cacao in ceremony with the land. Your presence helps support him, his family, and the forest.

To every beautiful being who has stepped into a sound bath, received energy healing, shared a circle, joined in ceremony, or invited me to support their beloved animals — thank you. Your openness, courage, and trust have allowed Hazeology Healing to grow into what it is today.

Bertie’s Healing Journey ✨

Sweet Bertie is a sensitive soul, carrying a deep fear of humans that shows up both at home and out on walks. But in just two sessions, he’s already showing us how much healing is possible when we meet animals with patience, presence, and love. 🐾💛

At the start of his second session, Bertie was visibly anxious—still holding stress from a recent walk. But as we dropped into the session together, something softened. He chose to trust again. This time, he let me gently work on his stomach—the place where dogs often process the world around them. Such a tender area to be touched, and yet he opened to it.

Bertie also intuitively selected two essential oils:
🌿 Copaiba – A grounding oil that soothes anxiety and emotional overwhelm, helping him feel more secure and regulated. It’s often called nature’s emotional balm.
🌲 Cedarwood – A deeply calming and protective oil that supports emotional resilience and helps restore a sense of safety.

Both of these oils offer powerful energetic support, gently encouraging Bertie’s nervous system to shift from fear to calm.

Through energy healing, we created a space where Bertie could release held tension and begin to feel more confident in his own body and in his environment. His transformation was so heart-warming—by the end, he was relaxed, open, and even invited me to play fetch with him! 🎾🐶

Healing isn’t always instant, but when we listen deeply and honour the journey, miracles unfold.

🐾 Bertie’s Healing Journey 🐾✨

Today I had the honour of working with beautiful Bertie – a clever, sensitive soul who has been carrying a lot more than his humans realised. Bertie has been showing fear of people, often barking and unable to settle when new people arrive.

As I connected with him, I could feel he was holding deep grief in his heart – grief that wasn’t only his own. Our animals so often mirror and hold for us more than we know. His guardian and I explored this together, and she received some healing too, to gently support her own heart. 💛

To help Bertie choose what might support him emotionally, I offered a selection of animal‑safe essential oils:
🌿 Copaiba – known to soothe feelings of fear, tension and unease, helping animals feel grounded and safe.
🌿 Violet Leaf – beautiful for softening emotional wounds, easing sadness and supporting gentle release.
🌿 Frankincense – a calming, sacred oil that offers comfort, strengthens the spirit and helps with letting go.

✨ Bertie sniffed, paused, and clearly chose these three. ✨

We now have a support plan in place – alongside his holistic veterinary care – to help lighten both their hearts, calm his nervous system, and slowly release his fear of humans.

Cacao Leadership Journey 🍫🌿

This is more than a certificate.
It’s a marker of a deep, heart-led journey I’ve walked with Mama Cacao — one that truly began in 2019… and deepened in January this year when I answered her call.

The path unfolded in divine timing — after a pause in 2024, I was invited to Peru to sit with Mama Cacao and other sacred plant medicines. That time changed me.

Then in 2025, I stepped fully into the training with Native Wisdom Hub — and I am now honoured to walk as a Cacao Leader, ready to share this medicine in ceremony, in sound, in healing, and in community.

✨ This wasn’t just a course — it was a remembering.
Deep like the heart coherence of a horse. Rooted. Ancient. Real. ✨

Mama Cacao has cracked open my heart, held my grief, and reminded me how to live gently and powerfully — in right relation with the Earth.

Happy Solstice, wild hearts ✨
As the sun reaches her highest point in the sky, we’re bathed in light, warmth and the full bloom of life. Litha invites us to pause… to honour what’s growing within and around us — and to give thanks for the beauty, abundance and golden energy of the season 🌞🌿

I’ll be holding a special sound bath this evening to honour this sacred turning of the wheel — a time for release, radiance, and reconnecting with the Earth’s rhythm.
So much love and care has gone into tonight’s preparations… from crafting prayer bundles to gathering summer herbs and picking fruits in the garden on my birthday 🍓🌼

13 years ago, I never imagined I’d be here…
Helping people and animals heal through Energy Sounds and Womb Awakening

Back then, I was in survival mode.
Holding on through trauma, anxiety, depression…
Wearing a mask every day just to keep going.

And then came one unexpected Reiki treatment —
A single moment that changed everything.
It was like someone switched the light back on inside me.

I’m sharing this journey in the carousel above — not just for me,
but for anyone who might be where I once was.

You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
Healing is possible. And the path will rise up to meet you when you’re ready.

Healing Journey: Sapphire’s Story ✨

When I first met Sapphire I could see and feel, her anxiety had become her constant companion, she was holding so much within.

Now, three sessions later, we’re witnessing a beautiful transformation that reminds me why I do this work.

Her confidence blooms with each visit, and the bond with her human has deepened in ways that touch my heart.

Watching her roll over to expose her tummy—a vulnerable area where dogs process emotions from their external world—shows the profound trust she’s developed during our healing journey together.

These multi-session packages reveal healing’s true nature: not a quick fix, but a gradual unfolding. Each session builds upon the last, creating space for emotional release and renewed connection.

The benefits of animal energy healing extend beyond what we can see:
• Reduces anxiety and stress-related behaviors
