Unfortunately I was in a car crash today with my son. An elderly Man had an attack at the wheel and smashed into us we swerved and spun around till thankfully car came to a stop. We are all ok after being seen by doctor - apart from feeling sore and very shaken. I had to cancel my Clients for tomorrow due to whiplash but I hope after 3 days rest to be back working next week. My clients have been very understanding and I’m grateful - it’s so hard because obviously if I don’t work I don’t earn. This is just a heads up in case I start feeling worse. And also reminder that life can potentially change in literally a second. All I remember is one second driving along (as a passenger)
And the next screaming and holding on to the dashboard and hoping my son in the back also screaming was ok.
You can be the best driver on the road it doesn’t matter if someone loses control for whatever reason and hits you head on at full speed. Xx we were lucky. ###

Pls help or advise

I’m believe I’ve developed ‘Tennis Elbow’ - epicondylitis inflamed tendons I can’t lift arm or clench hand - I use forearms all the time in deep tissue / Thai massage and have 4 people back to back tomorrow Inc 2 X 90 min full body
What can I do in the short term & long term??!

I’m so anxious now about the pain but also I’ve finally built a business up taken years and expense and I enjoy it - it’s just about performing and now do I have to cancel everyone and start again?! Also how do we get any benefits or sick benefit when we can’t work because of a genuine injury?? I know there are body mechanics I should employ during massage and I do try these but maybe perimenopause/ thin wrists / lots of RSI and pressure (I give very deep massage!) has just made my arms / joints give up!! It’s really worrying and upsetting me
