I feel so grateful that I'm able to play a part in helping my clients achieve their goals.
Whether it be reducing pain or enhancing mobility / flexibility. It's an absolute pleasure, keeping you on track to your goals.
I am a small business owner and try my best to be flexible for my clients. Offering evening and weekend appointments where possible.
Having late cancellations can have a big impact on my business.
I appreciate that some may not always be able to stick to a scheduled booking. Life can often dictate a cancellation or reshedule.
However, if that cancellation is short notice, I may not be able to fill it, and other people that originally wanted that slot have now made other arrangements.
Ultimately, at short notice, I don't just lose your booking, I potentially lose the ability to fill it, and another client loses the chance to secure it.
In order to continue supporting clients as best I can and to ensure I can run an efficient business. From 1st April 2024, I shall be asking for a £20 deposit upon booking confirmation.
This will, of course, be deducted from the total fee. If the appointment is cancelled within 48hrs of scheduled apt this deposit will be forfeit.
