This exercise is done over three nights not necessarily consecutive as it may take more than one attempt to complete each sleep. It is important that you follow the steps in sequence, 1 then 2 etc.
1/ Forgive everything and everyone this lifetim
e and every other lifetime. Forgive yourself for everything you can and can not remember this lifetime and every other lifetime.
2/ Accept the Shadow and Light within; fully and completely.
3/ Say three times: "I am a Bright Powerful Beautiful Human Being, I always have been and always will be. Sometimes I choose not to be and its okay as the power is in my ablity to choice". For the first, nights sleep, when you are ready for bed and have completed all your toiletries and rituals. As you lay in bed ready for sleep feel a strong sense of forgiveness from your heart Chakra for everything (all other entities in all other dimensions) and everyone in this lifetime and every other lifetime. Immediately after that, forgive yourself for everything you can and can not remember this lifetime and every other lifetime. You may fall asleep before you complete the first exercise or have an emotional response to a memory and don't feel you can complete the exercise, it's okay relax and try another night when you are ready. It is important to complete the first step before going onto the next. You will know in your heart when you have completed it successfully. For the second, nights sleep, exercise just as you are ready to sleep. See yourself lying on your bed (as if hovering above yourself). Don't be afriad if you actually Astrol project, you are safe and can go back into your body in the blink of an eye. See the Shadow and Light within you. First, explore the Shadow within you (we each have the shadow and the light), ask yourself, what's the worst you could possible be, explore this for a while and accept that this is part of who and what you are. We each have negative thoughts and never ever act on them, this is our devine power. From the same place floating above yourself explore the light within you and ask yourself how kind, thoughtful, generous, sensitive, empathetic, understanding and beautiful you can be. When you have explored these aspects of yourself, accept that you are both Shadow and Light and seeing this from an outer perspective will allow you to feel a completeness within you. Be in complet acceptance that you are shadow and light. By accepting who and what we are is the ultimate act of loving the self combined with the forgiveness exercise which is a beautiful act of love. The third, nights sleep, exercise is the confirming of the complexities of life while anchoring the fundamental truth of who and what we are by reciting the Mantra three times, the Mantra is:-
"I am a Bright Powerful Beautiful Human Being, I always have been and always will be. Sometimes I choose not to be and its okay as the power is in my ability to choose"
