I am a professional Massage Therapist working from home in Hastings, East Sussex. I initially trained with the College of Classical Massage in Brighton where I gained an ITEC Diploma in Body Massage, Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. I have also trained at Brighton Holistics and taken many courses with the Pranic Healing Institute. I am trained in various techniques, and can offer treatments from relaxation to a deeper massage to ease tension and knots. I also offer Pranic Healing ,this is a form of energy healing and can be used for general well being and to treat specific ailments. This is a non touch therapy and you remain fully clothed throughout the treatment.

At your first session I will complete a consultation form with you, this will include your medical history and any current issues you may have relative to receiving a treatment. All of the products I use are Vegan, Cruelty Free and good for your skin. I've seen a lot of Grasshoppers recently and apparently Grasshoppers are known to represent good luck. Like the Dragonfly, Grasshoppers also symbolize prosperity, new beginnings, and transformation. If you consistently see Grasshoppers in nature, in your home, or in your dreams, it might be an important sign from the universe! Here's one from my garden sending everyone positive vibes for the week-end and beyond! I think it knows a little secret that exciting times are coming in the following months!

Did you know massage therapy can help with symptoms of Endometriosis? Regular massage can help reduce pain, stress and anxiety associated with this disease.
