Spring officially arrives tomorrow, however we’ve already been out & about enjoying the milder weather with our clients the past few weeks ☀️

From getting stuck into a bit of gardening, to feeding animals & enjoying trips out to Whitby & Beamish Museum 🪴🏖️🚂

Supporting our clients to enjoy the things they love is what it’s all about 🙂

One thing we strive for here at 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 is improving our client’s wellbeing which includes providing support to the gym & assisting with meal preparation 🏋️‍♀️🥗

Exercise, good nutrition & instilling healthy habits can have such a positive impact including;

💪 Increased strength & mobility
🧠 Improved mood through hormone release
😎 Improved self confidence

Throwback to our St Paddy’s Day party at 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐃 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 last year 🇮🇪🍀

We do it all over again on Monday & we can’t wait! 🙌

The upcoming Monday event is our day time disco event at 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐃 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛, while our themed 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐃 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨 on Thursday 26th March at The Alex Pub will also celebrating St. Paddy’s Day 🇮🇪🍀🍻
