We all feel better when the sun is out and here is some reasons for that…

Sunlight is good for you mainly because it helps your body produce vitamin D, which is important for strong bones, a healthy immune system, and even mood regulation.

It can also help:
• Improve your sleep by regulating your circadian rhythm (your body's internal clock)
• Boost your mood by increasing serotonin levels (the "feel-good" hormone)
• Lower the risk of some diseases, like osteoporosis and certain types of depression

Make such to spend as much time as possible out doors. Even if the sun is not out a walk in nature or even just being in the fresh air can shift your mood and work wonders ✨

I’ve been a little busy lately (hence being quieter than usual on here) as the portrait requests have taken over and also had some time away with the other half.

However I do have availability for Reiki treatments next Thursday 3rd of March.
