Job Advertisement: Healthcare Assistants

Location: Welwyn/Hatfield and surrounding areas

Positions Available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and 20 Hours Per Week

About Us: Living Plus Care Services is a dedicated provider of high-quality healthcare services, committed to delivering the best care and support to our clients. We pride ourselves on fostering a compassionate and supportive work environment for our staff.

Job Description: We are looking for compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their daily needs and ensuring they receive the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities:
- Support patients with GP appointments and other healthcare needs.

- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients

- Provide continuous support and deliver the best possible care

-Assist with dressing, toileting, and incontinence care

- Champion dignity and independence for all patients

- Support patients with medication management
Help patients with meal preparation

- Provide safe mobility support

- Es**rt clients to shops, appointments, and special events, tailoring services to meet individual needs

Requirements:
* Previous experience in healthcare (minimum of 2 years preferred)

* Self-motivated and energetic individual

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

*Ability to provide both clinical and administrative assistance

*Experience in mental health support, stroke support, palliative care, medication support, and dementia support

*Valid driver's license (own car preferred but not required)

*Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
