Seasonal Yoga allows you to take control of your health and well-being whilst showing you how to live seasonally in a simple and easy way. Nature guides us through the year with different seasons. Each season has a different purpose, energy level and organs which we should focus on strengthening so that they can do the best job for the season. Take control of your health and well-being with Seroni Seasonal Yoga (Including yin & yang asanas, qigong moves and meditation).
