Working as an Intuitive Holistic Fertility & Womb Health Practitioner and Spiritual Life Coach I have recognised that our menstrual cycle reflects the overall health of a woman. When we learn the language of the womb, we are able to interpret our embodied feminine wisdom through the four phases of our monthly cycle.
Women are carriers, and over time the womb becomes a space where unprocessed emotions, such as grief or rage, anxiety or pain, are placed either due to early childhood trauma, pregnancy loss, challenging birth experiences, intimate partner abuse, lineage patterns, gender oppression or as the result of the collective experience of female disempowerment.
These blockages sit within us, blocking and suppressing our natural energy flow, our true feminine nature and power as well as our inner intuition and wisdom. These energetic blocks can also manifest into physical pains, symptoms, and ailments within the womb space, affecting fertility, menstruation and menopause.
Many ancient traditions understood and honoured the creative power that lies within the womb, yet today, within our modern world we have become disconnected from this wisdom.
However, we are being called to remember. When we drop into our bodies, our inner temple and connect with the womb, we come into contact with our innate wisdom and power to manifest, bring to life all manner of creations. And reawaken us to our deep feminine power.
As a woman you deserve to be honoured, each stage of your sacred life acknowledged and celebrated. You deserve the time and space to connect, heal and nurture yourself, just as you innately so often nurture others.
Using a holistic approach, weaving together ancient wisdom and modern practice we can connect and heal our womb space allowing us to reclaim and connect with our inner wisdom and creativity and birth our dreams into reality.
