Our Men’s Circuits class at The Wellbeing Hub is more than an exercise session. Many of the men who join us are living with long-term health conditions, including diabetes, and these sessions provide a safe and supportive space to move, rebuild confidence and enjoy being active again.
With Diabetes Awareness Month underway, we want to highlight how valuable this type of structured exercise can be. Strength work, balance training and functional movements all support better glucose management, increased energy and improved everyday mobility. Most importantly, they help our members feel stronger, healthier and more confident.
Diabetes is often something people live with quietly, and taking that first step into exercise can feel overwhelming. The Wellbeing Hub was created to make that step easier. Our programmes include:

• 1-1 support consultations
• Free health checks and full health checks
• A welcoming community that encourages every step forward
