We’re hiring for a Membership Sales Advisor!

As a Membership Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in generating new membership sales while delivering excellent customer service and ongoing support to members. You’ll be confident engaging with people, understanding their needs and matching them to the right membership options to support their health and fitness goals. This role includes regular weekend working and sales coverage at Guildford Leisure Centre, with occasional working at Havant and Waterlooville Leisure Centres.

They add gentle resistance that helps build strength, improve balance and increase flexibility, all while being kind to your joints. You’ll see them used in lots of our sessions because they make movement accessible and safe for everyone.

Our Men’s Circuits class at The Wellbeing Hub is more than an exercise session. Many of the men who join us are living with long-term health conditions, including diabetes, and these sessions provide a safe and supportive space to move, rebuild confidence and enjoy being active again.

With Diabetes Awareness Month underway, we want to highlight how valuable this type of structured exercise can be. Strength work, balance training and functional movements all support better glucose management, increased energy and improved everyday mobility. Most importantly, they help our members feel stronger, healthier and more confident.

Diabetes is often something people live with quietly, and taking that first step into exercise can feel overwhelming. The Wellbeing Hub was created to make that step easier. Our programmes include:
• Men’s and Ladies circuits
• Strength and balance classes
• 1-1 support consultations
• Free health checks and full health checks
• A welcoming community that encourages every step forward

Today, we recognise International Men’s Day and the positive impact men make in our families and communities.🌟🙌

We see the importance of giving men a space to look after their wellbeing, whether that is through movement, connection, or simply having somewhere they feel supported. From our Wellbeing Hub to group classes, gym sessions and community programmes, we are here to help prioritise both physical and mental health.
