Great time had at the Havant Volunteers Fair today. Monica and I were searching for Helpers to join us at our dementia groups and we got to meet up with some friendly faces from Dementia Friendly Havant.

This week, local MP Alan Mak visited our Havant office to help celebrate 10 years of providing high-quality care in the local community.

He was especially keen to meet Mark and Becky, who Duncan recruited at Alan Mak’s Recruitment Fair back in 2017 — that’s 9 years ago!

Alan spent lots of time with the team and even joined us in sharing a celebratory birthday cake.

Whatever your political views may be, Alan Mak has always shown great support for us at RAH and continues to host a number of community events throughout the year that we regularly attend. It was lovely to welcome him back to our office after so long.

What a triumph!
Yesterday’s launch of Emsworth’s first ‘Forget me Not’ dementia cinema was wonderful.
A packed house with many dressed in ABBA sparkles and dancing in the aisles.

Regular showings will take place at the Emsworth Community Centre on the last Friday of the month.
Next event is on Friday 29th May at 1.30 pm
