Pub lunch anyone? 🍔 🥗

Yesterday Lee accompanied one of our customers to a restaurant so he could enjoy a spot of lunch and his favourite beer. Each week our customer chooses where he would like to go or what he would like to do and one of his regular care team members support him to safely achieve this.

Accessing the community is vital for many individuals as it maintains social inclusion.

It took us two days but we changed the office to maximise on space.

In the next few months Havant Homecare will be providing live in care services as well as care in other locations.

The next step is decorating the ugly wall and new desks.

What a whirlwind of a week cummilating in a staff meeting filled with laughter and awards.

Flowers for Chanel our new Operations Manager. A £50 gift card, flowers and chocolates for Kayla who won our most outstanding award for all her hard work and constantly going above and beyond for customers and their families.

Lee, Simon and Klaud were also recognised for going above and beyond for their contributions. In this quarter we had a family visit the office to express their thanks for Simon's outstanding care for their relative, recognition that is truly deserved.

Our entire team go above and beyond on a daily basis and all deserve to be celebrated.

Team Havant Homecare, we thank you all for your kindness, for caring and for choosing us to work with.
