I have loads of milk spots on my face and I knew that cryotherapy can help get rid of them but I never got round to trying.

Yesterday I decided to give it a go and I wanted to show you what to expect in the first few hours. Straight after it might be a bit red and then a few hours later it’s a lot redder.

I’ll keep showing progress pictures but I would expect this to blister up a tiny bit over the next few days, dry up, scab up and fall off.

This incredible lady came to see me to start the process off of reducing the signs of ageing. We placed 0.5ml in each cheek and straight away we could see a difference so I can’t wait to see what it looks like in two weeks when it’s settled more!

🧭 Integrity means doing the right thing — even when it’s hard.

Two weeks ago, I made the choice to be completely honest about a personal situation during a professional process. It wasn’t easy. It meant being vulnerable, and risking judgment.

But honesty and integrity are non-negotiables for me — in life, in leadership, and in the kind of work I want to do.

Sometimes the brave thing is the honest thing.

One of my favourites for certain!

“M” shaped lips are notoriously difficult to fill.

This lovely lady was jealous of my mum and sisters natural lips and wanted to balance her top and bottom lip

We added 2/3 of the filler in her top lip, ensuring we kept the Cupids bow but added support either side of the lip and keeping the natural tapering.

About Us

Niki is the creator, proprietor and fully qualified aesthetician of SERO Aesthetics; she is 31-years-old and a mum of four and runs SERO Aesthetics. Niki is a HCPC registered Diagnostic Radiographer, her medical background means you can rest assured you're in safe hands.

After undergoing her own cosmetic surgery (breast augmentation), Niki was exposed to the heavy stigma that came with it. She experienced a lot of resistance and judgement when all she wanted to do was feel more feminine.

Now, Niki is confident in her own skin and wants others to feel the same. When asked why she chose aesthetics Niki said:

‘I know so many people who want to have treatments done but are scared that they will look frozen or surprised or end up with trout pout or the signature Kim Kardashian look. These amazing people go without treatment rather than wanting to be viewed as one of “those people” and it isn’t right or fair.

Don’t get me wrong, if that’s what people want then that’s absolutely fine, but I am committed to #keepingitreal and want to work with (and I do mean with) those lovely people to rebuild their confidence, without the fear of looking fake.’

Always Environmentally Aware - before we were established we spent a long time researching the best clinical waste company; we chose Steri Cycle because the waste that is incinerated helps provide hot water and heat to Bournemouth Hospital in Hampshire.
