Boy its warm today.....nice to see on a bank holiday 🌞🌞

A bit of body magic with delivering leaflets in the local community. A man saw me with a wooden spoon 🥄 and said wow thats an amazing idea 💡 I am going to do that the next time I have to do a leaflet drop, it will save my fingers. 🤭

Let’s hear it for the AMAZING Alison from our Thursday 9am Slimming World group — she’s just over 4.5 stones lighter and absolutely smashing it! 🙌💃

Alison says:

"Slimming World (Thursday 9am) literally means the world to me and slimming has made the world of difference.
I’m just over 4.5 stones lighter, which has massively improved my health and mobility. Before, I struggled with my knees and hips and couldn’t climb over a gate… now I can!
The encouragement from Zoe (past Consultant) and now Marrie, plus our lovely group has been incredible. Thursdays are the highlight of my week!
