We’re absolutely delighted to announce that Kevin Lever has stepped into the role of Registered Area Manager for our Mental Health Supported Living Services 🎉

Kevin first joined us as the Manager of one of our mental health services, where his leadership, compassion and dedication to person-centred support quickly made a lasting impact. His commitment to empowering the people we support, alongside helping and guiding his teams, has been truly inspiring to see.

With his extensive experience in mental health and his unwavering passion for delivering high-quality care, we have no doubt he will thrive in this new role and continue to strengthen our supported living services.

At Dolphin Homes, we believe small acts of kindness can make the biggest difference!

We understand just how important mental health and emotional wellbeing are, and we’re so proud that one of our services has recently introduced a Positivity Jar. A simple but powerful way to share kind words, encouragement and appreciation with one another.

It’s a lovely reminder that even the smallest message can brighten someone’s day, build confidence, and strengthen connection within our homes.

Our Dolphin representatives are proud to be attending Future Fest at Treloar’s School and College 🌟

Events like Future Fest play such an important role in helping to plan for the next stages. We’re here to offer guidance on the services available as young people approach adulthood, answer questions about supported living and specialist care options, and help begin meaningful conversations about building positive, person-centred future plans.

Planning for the future should feel empowering and we’re honoured to be part of those important first steps!

They shared how welcomed and supported they felt, highlighting the warmth, professionalism, and teamwork shown by our colleagues across the service. It’s especially rewarding to hear how strongly our values of kindness, respect, and person-centred care shine through; not only for the people we support, but for everyone who works alongside us.

We’re incredibly proud to share feedback submitted by an external physiotherapist who frequently works alongside our Park View team!

“Park View consistently demonstrates a high standard of care and a well-organised, person-centred approach.”

Their feedback highlights:
🔵 Strong staff knowledge of individual needs
🔵 Clear and effective communication
🔵 Prompt implementation of professional recommendations
🔵 Proactive risk management and early escalation
🔵 Positive multidisciplinary working

The physiotherapist also recognised the team’s professionalism and preparedness in all procedures, noting how confidently and consistently staff demonstrated their practice and knowledge.

She further described the service as:
“Well run, well led, and committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and responsive environment for its service users.”

Our Service Expert Auditors (SEAs) are people we support who play a vital role in shaping and improving our services. Each SEA visits one service per month for up to three hours, completing structured audits to ensure services are safe, happy, and truly feel like home for everyone who lives there.

Throughout the year, our SEAs have 3 meetings to share experiences, reflect on feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement. Once a year, they present their findings directly to our Board, ensuring the voices and lived experiences of the people we support are heard and valued at the highest level of the organisation.

As of January 2026, we’re delighted to welcome three new Service Expert Auditors, bringing us to 4 Supported Living SEAs and 7 Residential SEAs!

We are incredibly proud of Senay, one of our Senior Support Workers, who is taking the leap (literally!) by doing a 15,000ft skydive to raise funds for Autism Hampshire!

Autism Hampshire provides vital support, resources, and advocacy for autistic people and their families across our community. This challenge is a powerful way to raise awareness and help ensure that support continues to reach those who need it most.
