💙 A bittersweet goodbye to our wonderful colleague Yas. After giving so much care, kindness, and dedication here at the pharmacy, Yas is moving on to pursue an exciting new career path.
We’ll miss her bright smile, hard work, and the way she always went the extra mile for both patients and colleagues alike. It’s not easy to see her go, but we’re so proud of her and can’t wait to see all the amazing things she’ll achieve in this next chapter.

COVID-19 Vaccination Update – from 1st October 2025
From 1 October 2025, the COVID-19 Autumn/Winter vaccination programme in the UK will follow these eligibility rules. If you are in one of the eligible groups below, you can book your vaccine now through the NHS website
✅ Who is eligible
You are eligible for a free NHS COVID-19 vaccine if you fall into any of the following groups:
Adults aged 75 years or over (including those who will be 75 by 31 January 2026)
Residents in care homes for older adults
People who are immunosuppressed — that is, those with a weakened immune system due to a health condition or treatment. Examples include:
• those with blood cancers (e.g. leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma)
• those who have had or are having organ, bone marrow, or stem cell transplants
• those undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy or biological/immune‐modulating therapy
• those taking steroid medicines (depending on dose) or long‐term immunosuppressant treatment for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.
📅 Time frame & how to access
The COVID-19 vaccination programme runs from 1 October 2025 to 31 January 2026.
Appointments can be booked via the NHS App, National Booking Service,or via our WALK IN CLINIC in store . You do not need to wait for an invitation if you believe you are eligible.
