If you are lucky enough to have a dentist in Pembrokeshire and you are booking for your examination… make sure your teeth are clean and that your gums are healthy , as then it is possible for the dentist to concentrate on what they do best . They may not always have a hygienist at their practice, and do the clean themselves! At their hourly rate !
