We got the big rig out and played acro, we got my aerial hoop out (first time teaching since injury😻) and played aerial hoop, we got excited for other people getting excited about playing and then got even more excited too💚

Sharing the joy of movement and helping others feel enabled during festivals of 2025… has helped me feel able, realising how I can be of help to another, now that I’m also helping myself🌞

Thank you friends for the opportunity to giggle, train, teach and share , the super chill festival gave space to breathe… and even ignite a Jiu Jitzu flame!😻🙏🏽💚

How slow can you swim? How much detail can you perceive at once?

Individual muscle fibres tense and stretch, individual hairs on skin waft in breeze, individual focus to steady on uneven ground…

…being with the intensity that all these things are happening at once and equate to the present moment. The rest goes pretty quiet. This moment is enough. It feels peaceful. Until focus is dropped and falling noises made. 🙏🏽

Every individual has a different Glastonbury, a different story to tell, a unique experience. People weave their paths through the embellished farm, sharing this connection and that…giggles, tears, a boogie… a tapestry is made in the colour of welcoming familiar strangers, and a mist of humanity ripples in eyes and in the heart of community.

See a tree, see a playmate🌳💚

Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) = downward facing, tree pose (Vrikshasana). So I’ll plant my hands as firmly as the roots of a tree, ready… to play with vertical yoga, uneven surface, different texture on the skin… magic happens off the mat too, out of a comfort zone🙏🏽

A creative heap after discovering Paschimottanasana can roll ! (the elbows really help if you try)💚

This was the heap I collapsed into after falling back in love with the self-practise of yoga. I fall in love a different way every time, because every time, I practise differently. Today the mind wanted play and the body wanted Earth🙏🏽

Sometimes it can feel like the hardest thing to start self-practise completely unstructured, recently for me it has. But allowing myself the time, makes the time, and I’ve never regretted truly throwing myself into a YES to let’s go play yoga in the park.

Isle of Aaran 🦭💚🌿🌞

The body changes when injured, and the mind, when no longer able to move in prior ways. But, the body can adapt, if the mind can.

It wasn’t a downward spiral of mourning and self resentment that enabled my body when un-injured, and that isn’t going to enable me now !

Re-igniting curiosity and exploration hiking the Costal Way on Isle of Aaran, in the golden forests and swimming in the seal’s home🦭💚🌿🌞

Left arm ongoing healing, so learning to stand on the right :)

Redefining symmetrical training within practise by asking both sides of the body independently, are you exerted until fatigue ? This currently looks very different when training both sides, with injuries here n derr, but allows both sides to strengthen as they are.

Accepting mind, healing body🙏🏽 🌞
