Having recently graduated from Cardiff Met with a Bachelors in Sports Conditioning, Rehab & Massage, Beth is now working towards her Master's in Sports Rehab 📈

Beth has an impressive background of working with athletes of various levels, and delivers hands-on treatment fit for the pros 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

From next week, Beth will be available for bookings every Wednesday between 17:00-21:00 📅

LUKE'S FEEDBACK ⬅️

At 8 weeks post hip replacement, Luke was seeking more structured support with his rehab to guide his return to triathlon 🏊🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️

Alongside this, we work in partnership with to provide Luke's athletes with access to elite level support for their injuries, rehabilitation needs, and performance goals 🚀

WORLD CHAMPS INBOUND ⬅️

A huge congrats to for smashing the London last month, earning qualification for the World Championships in Qatar this December 🌎

After coming to us back in March with a 3-4 year history of knee issues, Andy's training has gone from strength to strength, putting his longstanding pain behind him 💪🏼

Andy has been committed to regular strength and conditioning with which has resolved his symptoms whilst taking his performance whole new level 📈

THIRD KIT DEBUT ⬅️

It was great to see the third kit make its EFL debut yesterday ⚽️

Pretty fitting to see with heritage from Pembrokeshire, grab the first goal in the new kit, as well as a solid display from Ceredigion's .jenkins123 🌊

Unfortunately, it wasn't the result the team would have wanted, but there were plenty of positives to take away with some standout performances from some of West Wales' finest 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
