💦 Suitable for all levels of practitioners beginning to advanced ‼️ HYDRO ( WATER ) YOGA is back in August 6th and 13th at 10:45 am .

👍 LIMITED SPACES - booking in advance essential.
Location: Portfield School Haverfordwest ( drive next to Travis Perking fence and park on the front)

✔️please arrive early 10:40 am at the front on reception after 10:45 am we start the session and nobody will guide you to the pool

💦Not suitable for pregnancy, people with glaucoma or with open wounds.

I will run one more class at Camorose this summer , next week at 1 pm but we will take a break till September for this class .

✔️ Hubberston & Hakin will carry on as normal , classes are busy and thank you for your donations. This make a huge difference and we will be able to carry on this class 🙏

This class is busier and busier each week , with amazing people
We don't dance or do fitness, we socialise and move though out yoga practice 🌟

🌟Thursday at 12 pm at HUBBERSTON & HAKIN Community Centre

🌟 Friday at 1 pm CAMROSE COMMUNITY CENTRE ( not village)

We can join just coming directly and try the class yourself.

This week new 🎊yoga teachers 🎊for FREE Chair Yoga :
Classes are suitable for every, especially for people with issues with movements or they just what to practice gentle yoga .

✔️19th of June : Heli will teach you on Thursday at Hubberston and Hakin at 12 pm
✔️20th of June : Madhava at Camrose Community Centre at 1pm

Session are free but welcome to £5 of donations.
