🌟February at Pembroke Studio no 87 Main Street , individual Ashtanga yoga , modification , adjustments to acomodate all bodies .
✔️Class is 75 min long , starts at 6 pm and option of Sauna and Cold plunge after ( booking at 19:30 pm directly with Heat Pembrokeshire )

🌟 Good News! Chair Yoga Is Back 🌟

Join us on Friday 30th January at 1:00 pm at Camrose Community Centre for a relaxing and supportive Chair Yoga session.

🧘‍♀️ Suitable for everyone, especially for those who find it difficult to move up and down from the floor or have physical limitations. Chair Yoga offers gentle movement, improved flexibility, and a sense of wellbeing — all in a safe and welcoming environment.

⏰ 45–50 minute class
💷 £5 per session

☕ Stay for coffee after the class!
Enjoy a warm drink, socialise, and connect with others. A lovely opportunity to relax, chat, and feel part of a community — you don’t have to feel alone.

We have lots of participants this year and 2026 is ready to receive more people.
Four skilled teachers shared this practice with you and we are looking forward to offer more classes next year .
From January next year there will be charge of £5 per session.
