‼️Due to GP sickness we have a reduced number of appointments available today

‼️We will be contacting patients to rearrange their routine appointments.

Please contact NHS 111 for advice.

You can also speak to your pharmacist, as the Common Ailment Scheme may allow treatment or advice to be provided without needing a GP appointment.

Thank you for your patience and understanding

And what a wonderful nursing team we have at Penrhyn!

For Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re sharing George’s experience of SilverCloud Wales's Space from Stress programme.

George Ryley from Aberystwyth was left physically and mentally overwhelmed by work pressures and a spell of poor health.

After reaching out to his GP, he was referred for in-person therapy and signposted to SilverCloud®.

He described the support as ‘amazing’ and said the lessons he learned had had a ‘life-changing’ impact.

Today is the start of Mental Health Awareness Week. We’re shouting loudly that great mental health care isn't just clinical, it's human. It’s the kind voice at the end of the phone when you’re worried about rent and too unwell to work. It’s the adviser who listens actively, rather than waiting for their turn to speak. And it's you reminding friends and loved ones that these contact details can save lives. Please share 💙
