Are you an unpaid carer? Take a well-deserved break and join us for a relaxing and uplifting day at Paul Sartori House, as part of the PAVS “Be Well” event taking place just around the corner at Haverfordwest Leisure Centre.

🌈 NHS Wales - Patient Questionnaire 🌈

As part of the General Medical Services contract, all GP Practices in Wales are required to undertake a national survey every year to learn about what patients think is running well with their service and what could be better.
Please take a few minutes to complete this survey.
