Mobile massage appointments available Mon/Tues/Fri.

Loving the warmth of the sunshine today! 🌞 Getting to power up with some much-needed vitamin D between clients is definitely dreamy.

Today marks the Spring Equinox — the first day of spring! 🌷 A time to celebrate new beginnings and all the beautiful signs of the season. And of course, a perfect reminder that summer is just around the corner. ☀️

It's the small things 🥰

I may just be a small part of your day, but I can have a big impact. Giving yourself time, allowing your body to feel and letting your mind melt away can be a real release and reset for the mind and body.

It's hard sometimes to allow yourself to be cared for, but if you lean in, it's very rewarding.

I love creating a safe space where clients can come and just be how they feel, without judgement.

My sessions are always bespoke, that's why there's time before and after the massage to check in, so I can understand how you're feeling and better understand what you need.

I really can't tell you how much I love that I get to do this work, it's hard running your own business sometimes and it's really gratifying to know that it's appreciated.

Never underestimate what small acts of kindness can do. X
