Vouchers - Can be purchased for any amount towards a massage, or get a 1hr/1.5hr/2hr session. They last a full year so pleanty of time to make use of it.

Eye Pillows - £20 - Hand made by me, using natural meterials to dye with so each one is unique. The silk cover is removable for washing. £5 of each sale goes the . A fund set up to provide subsidised massages.

Cups - £15 - Beautifully made cups by my friend

SeaMôr bags - £6 Seaweed bags for the bath. Makes your skin feel amazing, especially good for sufferers of dry skin, eczema and psoriasis.

Just a reminder to let you all know, parking at Station Hill cark park is now free till the 1st March.

Then its just a short walk up the steps to Main Street left turn and you'll find the entrance to mine and Gemma Leahy Physiotherapy rooms, if you arrive early, take a seat in the waiting area and I'll be with you shortly.

Cups, cups, cups I 've got cups for sale!

I get asked all the time about my beautifull cups at the studio and where you can get some so I commisioned some for you to buy.

My very talented friend makes them in bristol in her spare time when shes not being being a market gardener extraodinaire. 🌱💚

They are beautiful little artisan pieces crafted by hand, perfect for a little coffee or glass of wine and make wonderfull gifts.

2 sizes:
Sm - 8cm tall aprox.
Rg - 10cm tall aprox.

£15 each

Available to collect from Goodwick or Pembroke studio.

Limited supply so get em before they're gone (or before i decide I can part with them).

It's the Pembroke fair this week, so I'm making a last-minute change to my usual day of Thursday as I can't park outside to load and unload all my equipment.

So if you can't usually do a Thursday and want to come and see what a Tuesday, harvest full moon massage feels like. Get in touch.

Look at this beautiful selenite wand gifted to me from one of my gorgeous clients! 🤍 on top of that, another client gave me a very heartfelt gift this week 🥹❤️

Not sure what I've done to have all you lovely lot in my life, but I love it.

You don't have to give me a gift, I love that I get to do this as my job, so wheather you've chosen to have a treatment with me, shared my posts, reccomended me, supported me, believed in me, I really appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart.

This Brilliant class is starting again from next monday.

If you've ever thought that you'd like to try out something new, explore your skills further or just come and have creative fun I can't recommend this class enough.

Ella is a great teacher and even if you're having a bad drawing day there's always delicious cake to make up for it!

And if youre into it:
Full Moon in Pisces is coming up, which is all about opening you up to your own creative potential. Pisces dissolves the walls you've built around yourself, softening the places where you've been rigid, letting inspiration seep in through the cracks.
