Our Story

www.thearkhaverfordwest.co.uk We took the step of moving into the pedestrianised town centre in Haverfordwest in May 2017, coming from Quay Street, expanding our selection of health foods delivered to you as loose products as well as in plant-based cello bags to encourage plastic free and zero waste. A comprehensive array of vitamins, minerals, homeopathic and herbal remedies are available, giving the customer a diverse selection of solutions for any particular ailment. Our Natural Medicine and Therapy Centre offers a range of treatments from acupuncture to sports massage and even Pilates classes. We also include Pembrokeshire’s only home brew shop for the many home brewers in the area.
