From August 22nd, we’re pleased to welcome psychotherapist Heather Sanderson. Heather will be offering one-to-one therapy sessions here on Friday afternoons. Sessions are £38 and take place weekly.

She brings eight years of experience working with cycles, particularly the hormonal and life cycles that shape how we live and relate. These days, her work draws on Transactional Analysis, a practical approach to understanding the patterns we play out with others, and how we might shift them. Heather is currently in her final year of training towards UKCP accreditation and is registered with them as a trainee.
