As part of Carers Rights Day, there have been lots of fabulous events across the County this week. There are more events today:
• 10.00am-1.00pm - Paul Sartori’s Coffee morning - Paul Sartori House, Winch Lane, Haverfordwest, SA61 1RP - Free coffee and cake, friendly advice and support & complementary therapy taster sessions – feel free to bring a friend! For more information: 01437 763223
• 10.00am-1.00pm - Carers Rights Day – Hubberston & Hakin Community Centre - Coffee morning, massage sessions and carers information service - Adferiad, Carers Trust Crossroads, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthen Mind, Action for Children and Routes to Discovery.
• 10.00am-3.00pm - Keep Well Roadshow – Haverfordwest Leisure Centre, St Thomas' Green - Do you look after or help out a friend or family member? Come and find out more about your rights and the support available to you. Representatives from Hywel Dda UHB, PAVS and the voluntary sector and Pembrokeshire County Council will be on hand to answer your questions. You can get your blood pressure checked, talk about how you can self-refer, have a chat about falls prevention and how Occupational Therapy can support you, to name just a few services.

We are delighted to invite Deaf or Hard of Hearing children to our special Christmas Bowling event on Friday 19th December at Phoenix Bowl.
If your child is deaf they are welcome to come to this free event sponsored by Children in Need.
Please email admin@signandshare.org.uk or text 07378611181 to reserve a place for your child. There will be free food afterwards.
If your child doesn't want to bowl they are welcome to use the soft play area instead.
