Graduate with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy. With a background working in Rugby for many years I now run a private clinic based in Snowdrop lane Haverfordwest. The aim is to help prevent injuries and to help those who are injured to return to full fitness. Not limited to ‘injured athletes’, but also deal with many common muscular complaints such as back pain, mobility problems, postural prob

lems and work related conditions. Treatments Include; Injury diagnosis, Injury rehabilitation, all soft tissue work including Sports massage, Ultrasound, Spinal/Joint mobilisations,dry needling, Taping/strapping (Inc Kinesio tape) and pitch side first aid.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not been to us before, you will need to book the consultation appointment for the massage you want first. This takes a little longer for us to take a quick history and medication check, but the consultation is included in the price.
