A little behind-the-scenes pause today as I’m spending the day on a further level of Rahanni training as part of my own spiritual journey and continued development.

The shop will be back open Tuesday 10–5pm and next week is shaping up to be a busy one, with lots of preparation underway for the BIG Welsh Festival next weekend!

I felt guided to pull an oracle card this afternoon….

Manage Your Time
“Value your most precious asset.”

This card is a reminder that being constantly busy is not always the same as being fulfilled. Sometimes we become so caught up tending to everyone and everything around us that we forget to ask ourselves:

What actually brings me peace?
What truly matters right now?
Where is my energy being poured out without return?

As a mother to a child with a life-limiting condition, I think this message lands particularly deeply for me today. Life has taught me, perhaps more than most, just how precious time really is. How important it is to make the moments count… not just the big milestones, but the tiny ordinary moments too.

And whilst I feel incredibly grateful to hold space for others through readings, healing and spiritual guidance, I’m also very aware lately that family time matters just as much. The people we love are not interruptions to life… they are life. 🌙

This card feels like a gentle reminder that our energy deserves intention. That being endlessly busy is not a badge of honour if it leaves no room for joy, connection, rest or presence.

You do not need to carry everything.
You do not need to prove your worth through exhaustion.

Choose what nourishes your soul. Choose what brings peace. Choose the moments you’ll remember.

Stage 2 of the shop reshuffle is well underway and it’s finally starting to feel like the vision in my head is coming to life. More space, more magic, more beautiful treasures… and still more to come over the next few weeks!

The shop is feeling cosy, grounded and full of energy right now and I’m so proud of how far this little space has come. From new tarot & oracle decks, crystals, incense and spiritual gifts… to our growing treatment and reading space… she’s transforming beautifully 🌙
