🌞 With the summer sunshine comes more time outdoors — and for many of our patients, that means gardening! 🪴 We’ve been spoiled with some gorgeous homegrown goodies recently (thank you! 🥕🍓), which reminded us how important it is to look after your back while digging, weeding, and planting. Remember we are always here to help 🌞

Thanks again for all the lovely bits we’ve received — and no, Lowrie still doesn’t accept these as bribes… apparently 😆

Lucianna came to LJ Chiropractic a little while back with a severe episode of lower back pain from training too hard, too fast for her upcoming marathon. 🏃‍♀️

To help her recovery, Lowrie used acupuncture, soft tissue work, and gave her key stretches to help. Now that Luc is feeling better, Lowrie can safely start making adjustments 👏

With a packed schedule with work, studying, training, and working with horses - it’s crucial for Luc to take time to look after her back.

Prioritising recovery is just as important as training! ✨

“After my mastectomy, I wouldn’t have known chiropractic care could help—I would have been lost without it.”

We are so proud of our wonderful receptionist, Mandy, for sharing her experience. After having breast cancer and a mastectomy on her right side, she struggled with mobility in her right arm and shoulder, along with frozen shoulder in both shoulders before and after surgery.

Mandy wants to share her story because she didn’t receive much support during her healing process and wants others going through a similar situation to know that chiropractic care really supported her physical recovery during a difficult time.

Thank you, Mand, for opening up about such a sensitive topic—we are so proud of you! 💖
