My name is Justyna Wasilewska. I come from Poland and I came to Haverfordwest 17 years ago. I am a massage therapist with physiotherapy background and education. Massage is my passion and I love it. Each session is individual, so please do not worry if you are wondering which type of massage you should choose. I will adapt appropriate therapy/ technique after initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honoured:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment, however, if you need to cancel your appointment at short notice because of Covid-19 related symptoms, a long-term medical condition which varies from day to day, then we shall discuss the cost implications on a case by case basis.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. • If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes (unless having telephoned us you might be late), it will be construed by us that you are a “no-show”, and your appointment will be automatically canceled and you will be charged the full amount

this type of massage is not intended to work on many conditions that people have, such as chronic neck pain, back pain, wrist pain , old injuries from sports or automobile accidents, limited range of motion in the neck, arms, or legs, etc. These conditions are typically caused by tension that is buried deep within the soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia).Depending upon the condition that you have, a Relaxation Massage may not give you the long-term relief that you're looking for. If the tension that's causing the problem is deeper into your tissue or it requires therapeutic techniques and a more firm pressure to release that tension, you would most likely need a Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage.
