All appointment requests are reviewed through a triage process. This means our clinical team carefully assesses each request to determine the urgency and type of care needed.

This process helps us:

✅ Prioritise patients with the most urgent needs
✅ Ensure everyone receives the right care, at the right time, from the right clinician

Nursing appointments: Please call the practice on 01440 841 300 to book directly

If you need medical help but our surgery is closed, Suffolk GP+ can help.

This NHS service is for people who need an urgent appointment or can’t see their GP during normal hours.

🕒 How to book:
Appointments can be made via our reception team during normal opening hours.
(Please note — patients cannot self-refer to this service.)

👩‍⚕️ Where you can be seen: Suffolk GP+ clinics are available in -
Bury St Edmunds • Haverhill • Ipswich • Felixstowe • Stowmarket • Leiston • Wickham Market

All staffed by local Suffolk GPs and Nurse Practitioners.

🌟 Enhanced Access Service – Haverhill PCN

As part of Haverhill Primary Care Network, Haverhill Family Practice and Unity Healthcare offer extended access appointments:

🕠 Monday to Friday: 6.30pm – 8.00pm
🗓️ Saturday: 9.00am – 5.00pm

👉 These are pre-bookable appointments only.
